Thursday is always a busy day for new listings. Agents want to give everyone enough time to see them hit the interwebs and drum up interest before the weekend showings start. In fact, Redfin did a study that confirmed the strategy works towards a higher sales price.
MY FAVORITE NEW LISTING
Out of the 15 new listings from Thursday I'd say my favorite is 1018 N. Edgefield Avenue, Dallas, TX 75208, which is listed at $434,900. It isn't huge, but the functional space is well appointed and it is in a great location in Oak Cliff. I'm also a sucker for nighttime photos that are done well, which these are in my opinion.
